Most customers who purchase home plans from Dallas Design Group Architecture decide to modify them to suit their tastes. We can modify any home plan and customize it to meet your exact criteria and the design will be completely custom designed for you. The modifications department at Dallas Design Group will work with you to customize/change any of our plans to meet your exact design specifications. Within 2-3 business days, Dallas Design Group will e-mail you a free quotation for your requested modifications. All modifications will be reviewed for design elements and structural requirements. Quotes are valid for 60 days.

If you have a specific question regarding one of our plans, call and speak with Tony or Mike @ 972-907-0080. Tony and Mike are expert's in plan design and plan modifications.

Once you approve a quotation, Dallas Design Group will send a contract detailing the required changes. Please mail, or scan and e-mail the signed contract back to us. A 50% down payment is required to start the modifications and the balance is due prior to project release. Our Design team will contact you when the work begins on your project. Dallas Design Group will submit the preliminary floor plan and elevation layouts for your approval before finalizing the plans. You will receive a CAD File, PDF File, or Printed Sets (which ever is purchased) of the new plan with the changes incorporated.
